Develop the strategic plan for the Business in line with the strategic direction set by senior management & set revenue, profitability and growth targets for the business to achieve the group strategic objectives.
Identify the different market segments that make up the prepaid & post-paid data domain and understand the behaviour and dynamics of each such segment to deliver the best value to each segment through a comprehensive data lead product portfolio.
Design and develop cost effective marketing strategies to effectively maximize data market share of different customer segments & lead the cross functional GTM teams for timely execution of the campaigns.
Monitor and take timely corrective action in managing deviations that would negatively affect the achievement of targets.
Identify the resource requirements & budgets to achieve set business objectives cost effectively.
BSc Degree in Marketing, Management or Engineering and MBA / MSc in Business Management or Marketing and an associate membership from an international body (CIM, CIMA etc).
Experience in Telecommunication / IT sector will be an advantage.
Minimum 5 years of experience in a Managerial role
