- Responsible for handling technical customer complaints received via Complaint Management system(s) and/or other means established.
- Liaise with relevant staff in events that need assistance or support.
- Communicate with other divisional staff members in polite and effective manner.
- Efficient & Effective use of technical knowledge when needed.
- Liaise with relevant staff in customer clarification that needs assistance or support.
- Coordinate with regional team, NQA etc and provide solution in timely manner
